Welcome to Polymathematics.

The brainchild of Tom Walsh and Amy Nicholson, Polymathematics absorb our environment and reuse it to create new, unique and interesting work.

Polymathematics was established in 2007 by Amy Nicholson and Tom Walsh as a way to develop and expand the scope of presenting and creating live music, art and film.  They used existing contacts and social networks to establish links and collaborate with a whole host of practitioners from performance artists to film-makers and animators.

Their first major project was the Polymath Live Extravaganza, which was presented at the Arts Theatre in Nottingham in May 2008 and combined experimental music, digital visuals, dance, performance, animation, craft and visual art into one celebratory evening of live creativity.

Since then, Polymathematics has continued to develop and seek opportunities to work with a range of practitioners to produce highly original work with an emphasis on creating synergy between traditional techniques and cutting edge technology.
